Stuff Fixed and In Process

Ok, finally got some time to fix some issues:

1. Added

smilie to clickable window.

2. Fixed the forums links. Now when you click home it takes you to the portal page and when you click Forums it takes you to the Forum index. Now what is different is when you refresh or click "the top tree" it takes you back to the Forum index instead of the portal page. This one was a toughy.

3. Fixed the "Forum Jump Menu" so that the Board Specific forums show up.

Working on:

4. Underlined Links.

5. Show thread as read hack.

6. vbGarage Picture issue.

7. Timeslips database.

Anything else?
