Ok Thanks Lee.
Yeah these control arms I have now are stockers from a 96 v6 car i had laying around, figured they had to be better than the 79 4cyl control arms. Plus the 79 doesnt have a place to bolt the quad shocks to the frame.

I had BBK uppers and lowers on my old car with eibach springs and never had any problems with wheel hop.

ahhh. Now I understand why you have wheel hop.

Stock control arms with no quadshocks equal wheel hop. That's why the pre quadshock foxes had factory slapper bars

right, and since mine was a 4cyl. it didnt even get the slapper bars LOL!

But, I agree with the above, get some normal fixed style arms w/ poly bushings if you want a good street ride
