The block it will be easy to rebuilt, but that head is going to cost to fix, a good machine shop that can weld aluminum can reshape that chamber, but again is going to be expensive.

Just slap it back together and put a can of "Restore" in it - BAM good as new!

Brian, what head is that....I have a couple of RH DOHC 4.6 heads.... if they are the same....you are welcome to one if you need it.
