can i fit 10 inch wide tires on my fox with stock suspention?

Are you refering to a 255 tire? What rim would you be putting them on?

probably some roh snypers but im still havent decided im going to get the right width rim i just need to know if im going to be rubbing anything in the back im going a lot skinnier in the front how skinny i dont know but skinnie

I recommend a 17x9 wheel with Nitto 555 tires in 255/40 size.
The front a-arms will rub during full-lock turns, but you can either get rack stops or just learn not to cut the wheels all the way -- I do the latter.

right now i have the stock pony rims and they are 255/50s i think dous that sound right they are just whatever size cam on there stock they not like strech into fitting or anything

im just worried about the back rubbing becaus im going to probable be running same width on the front just taller tire hen i get my new rims (havent picked out yet)

Stock should be 225/50 on a 16x7 rim.
