It's heavy.

I think it will go 8.30-8.40 at around 84mph in the 1/8th.
Then around a 13.2 at 105 in the 1/4.

I think he will be hard-pressed to go 12's at around 3500 pounds.

The highports are nice, so is the cam...but I think he needs a 347 to round out the rest of his parts.

What is the rearend gear ratio. He should have at least a 4.10-4.30. That would help him alot. 3.73's won't cut it.

Heck, he might surprise me and himself. Keep us informed.

seems like a mismatched combo to me. Seems like to much cam for a 302. Is this a stock bottom end? If so, the valves and pistons are going to meet each other in a not so friendly way.

The stall may need to be a bit bigger and that car is probably going to weigh in more than 3500#'s

He is building the bottom end, I can't remember all the details on the internals
all I can remember is a 72 model block and scat rods

the cam numbers are total lift with 1.6 rockers

unless otherwise noted, all advertised lift #'s are with 1.6 rockers.

Kinda throws me off though, most duration figures are usually a little longer when running that much lift

its a custom cam from ultradyne
cam specs are what his head ported suggested (he is a little unconventional)
I too wonder if he is running enough stall
so at least I'm not the only one thinking that
