port and polish prices?
wondering if any of you know what shops usaully charge to do a port and polish and gasket match for the intake and heads also is pocket porting worth it?

yes the heads are aluminum, its a trickflow track heat intake and the car will be used on the street and might see the track a couple times a year, basically a street car though, but a street car thats gonna get used hard, it wont be a stranger to RPM's above 5k, but it will also be used for normal driving too
the trickfow kit alone should give me about 300rw and then im gonna do full exhaust and a dyno tune too my goal is 350rw but i will definately not mind more becuase i dont think ill be able to get it from the kit, tune, and exhaust im looking into a little port and polish work by the way its on a 1990 foxbody 5.0 HO
