Thought I'd share my experience with them this month.. I had to file a vandalism claim and they were very fast and friendly about the whole deal.
The last thing I wanted was any more stress over the car and I was worried about dealing with my insurance company.. I was so relieved to not have any hassle. I had a check in my hand within an hour of speaking with the adjuster and he was a real good guy (Gary McCarver in Southside). Picked my own repair shops and handled it the way I wanted to.

They've taken good care of me in the past too with my old V6 mustang so I will continue to support them!
