intake and power adder plans

i want to stay with nos as a power adder. i really like the TQ the nos puts down. i have been thinking about this setup for a while. victor jr intake with a carb style plate kit and mount a 1 gallon fuel cell some where with a fuel pump just for the nos kit. looking at spraying a 275 or 300 shot. any input or opinions is welcome. have i missed anything? here is a pic of the victor jr intake on a car. thx

Hey Joe, I'm no expert on NOS, but a 275-300 shot will have you replacing head gaskets, or picking up pieces real soon.

You're running a 125 shot now, right? I would just stay with that 'till you get a buit motor that'll handle anything you throw at it.

yea i have the 125 pills in it but i dont think its no where close to a 125. plus its just a matter of time when the nos fart happens and pops this stock one. it will be after the first before i do anything just wanted to see what people think the ups and downs are.

You'll lose some low-end torque with that intake. You should gain a bit more up top and probably help your track times a bit, but it will make it a little less fun on the street.

With that intake I don't believe it will be falling off after 5,000 rpms anymore.
