Main Girdle help please!?

I have a probe industries 351w street fighter main girdle kit to put on my car my problem is it comes with one stud shorter than the rest I don't know exactly where it goes Im thinking right under the oil pump but not sure, and my second problem is when I screw the studs all the way in until they bottom out the threads on some of the studs are not long enough to start the nut. Also I tried to find the torque specs on the studs but the only kind of torque specs that probe industries has on there website is 115 in. lbs. for studs with oil. Is that right just 115 in. lbs. or is it supposed to be 115 ft. lbs.? I would be kind of scared to run any motor with only 9.5 to 10 ft. lbs. holding the main caps down isn't that what 115 in. lbs. comes out to in ft. lbs. Any help is appreciated.

It has been so long since I fooled with one of those, i couldn't remember but like you, I knew it was more than 115 in lb but I didn't realize it was 115 ft lbs

The short one goes on cap #1 and it is to clear the oil-pump and/or pickup.
