anybody on here do the swap is it really worth it or is it more for conversation,how much more power does it make is it significant

I have seen some stuff on turboford about it but I have not done it. Seems like it more of a PIA for the reward in power.

Better to get an aluminum head from esslinger. Not the arca head but the stock replacement. cost is about the same unless you can do it on your own and parts are free.
