Fixed 1 problem got a bigger one (header pics)

Well Ford racing Headers don't pass my quality standards, I got 3 sets all failed my inspection. They can't weld the emissions bung in the correct depth!

So I sent the first 2 sets back and spent an hour fixing the 3rd set:

I have goofy spark plug angle GT40P heads on a 5.8L in my 4WD Bronco
I bolted the L header on the engine, it fit great! Spark plug access with the GT40P heads looked real good

Then I tried to get the R header on the engine, major Spark plug clearance problems with the GT40P heads at the back.
Can't even get the header to touch the head. I'll try to heat up the header and bash it in, it that doesn't work I'll have to re-weld the tube lower.

I HATE GT40P CYLINDER HEADS

M9430P51 fit P heads, I have a set, but they don't won't on a Bronco / F-150. The collector dumps right into the frame rails

It seems more and more performance parts are getting this way. I have found or so it seems the more expensive the part, The more work it takes to clean it up and get it to fit
