I need the wiring diagram for the ctual chassis harness.

the main part i need is where the chassis harness connects to the engine harness near the brake booster

Unfortunately, the Ford EVTM doesn't have a pin-out/connector face diagram for those connectors. (C110 and something else)

What's worse, is that several systems/circuits run through them so it's not easy to track down every wire.

Can you narrow it down at all?

EDIT:
I found something in an old email. I was offering advice to a friend doing a 4->8 swap on an '87.

"Color Abbreviations. These are the colors Ford uses. Whenever a wire is labeled with two colors, the first color listed is the basic color of the wire, and the second color listed is the stripe marking of the wire.

BL – Blue
BK – Black
BR – Brown
DB – Dark Blue
DG – Dark Green
GN – Green
GY – Gray
LB – Light Blue
LG – Light Green
N - Natural
O – Orange
PK – Pink
P – Purple
R – Red
T – Tan
W – White
Y – Yellow

C110

R/LG – B+ from Ignition switch in START and RUN

W/P – B+ from Ignition switch in START. This goes to Pin 30 on the PCM. Make sure you have a complete circuit from C110 to pin 30 on C264. C294 is the PCM plug. The wire for pin 30 at C295 is LB/Y

T/Y – Pin 11* on INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, Tachometer.

LB/Y – CPP Switch #1, Manual transmission cars only.

GY/R – CPP switch # 1, Data link connector, Manual transmission cars only.

W/R – pin 8* on INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, Oil Pressure Gauge

R/ W – pin 3* on INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, Temperature Gauge

*The 87 through 89 instrument cluster is different from the 1990 through 1993 instrument cluster. So, all the wiring listed here, that applies to instrument cluster function, may not line up properly on your cluster. You’ll have to determine what pin on the IC is for the oil pressure signal and what not. "

EDIT 2:
This may be describing the 2.3 wiring. I'm not sure. I wrote that in 2003. Let me do some more checking.

In one of the connectors beside the booster there are supposed to be two wires that go to the fuel pump relay/wiring circuit.

one of the wires has to be grounded and the other has to be ran to 12v switched power.

what I am trying to do is find which wires they are so i can run my BG400 fuel pump back through my factory wiring, relay and inertia switch.

I know it has been done before

I cannot seem to find any of my older wiring diagrams. All I can find is 1990+. I believe in '89 the fuel pump relay and perhaps the PCM relay were under one of the seats. In 92 or so, Ford moved those relays to the engine compartment. Since the location changed, the wiring colors may be different.

Still, it should be pretty easy to figure out which wires are which.

They'll be four connections on the fuel pump relay. Two in, and two out.

1. [IN] Hot all times B+ (HAT) directly from a fuse link. Later models show it as Pk/Bk. This is the power that comes into the relay, is switched, and goes out to the fuel pump.

2 [IN] Switched power from the PCM relay. When the PCM relay is activated by the ignition switch, the PCM relay flows power to the fuel pump relay for switching purposes, not power to the pump. Late model color is R.

3. [Out] LB/O. This runs back to the PCM. It is used by the PCM to switch the fuel pump relay so that power (coming in from 1.) can flow to the pump.

4. [Out] This is the power output to the pump. On later models, it starts out DG/Y. After the inertia switch, its BR/PK. It goes through a connector, and is Pk/B on the fuel pump side.

The fuel pump circuit is grounded in the rear of the car.

If the color coding is different on your car, just take a look at the back of the relay. It's a standardized connection, and may even be labeled. Labeled in the sense that each connection will show a pictograph of what it does.

Just open up the connection under the hood, and do a few continuity checks. Should be pretty easy.

Here's a relay diagram,

And the two diagrams I explained above that show the fuel pump relay for later model Fox cars (93)

Just to clear about this, the circuit will be exactly like above. It just may have different colors and the relays may be in another place. Once you I.D. which wires are which at the fuel pump relay, just check for continuity at the connector in the engine compartment, and you'll have found the wires you want.

I have those two connections in my notes from when I did a 4cyc-v8 swap in my 88 mustang I will get them in a little while and see what I did.

I can't find my notes, I looked at my car both wires that go to the fuel pump are located at the green plug next to the computer although in my 92 main harness the fuel pump wires went to the plugs next to the booster as you describe I had to move them to make my car start. I will verify this later when the sun is up.
