Mac CAI question?

Don't beat me over the head for asking what will most likely be a numbskull question but here goes!

I just installed a Mac CAI kit on my 04 GT (the new filter design is real pain in the ass) and I got everything installed as correctly as I could tell that the instructions had said (crappy instructions). My question is, when I romp on the gas while driving it sounds like I have vacuum cleaner in the passenger side fender. I'm assuming this is due to the better breathing and lack of silencers. I just want someone to confirm that for me!

Thanks
Matt

Re: Mac CAI question?

Yeah it really changes the sound of the car. You should here the difference a CAI makes on an '03 Cobra.
