fuel rails

Im having a problem getting rails for my car. I called summit and they have aeromotive rails but no fittings only hardware (like bolts and stuff) witch makes no sense and they cant get them as of now so does anyone know where I can find a set complete that I can buy and bolt rite on.

Re: fuel rails

With your mods I wouldn't worry about fuel rails yet, if anything I just upgrade the fuel pump but rails really won't help if you still have stock lines.

Re: fuel rails

what it is I was putting a gauge on my rail were the shrader valve is and being a cobra theres not much room so I bought a elbow and the brass fitting would not seat correctly it was seeping gas so I tightened it up some more then it broke off the brass piece in where the valve goes and I got it out and then done it again so this time I screwed it up and thought if I am going to buy a new one it should be a good one

I'd check around and see if you could find some used stock rails, I used to have some but I sold them. If you get aftermarket fuel rails then you will also have to buy a new regulator not to mention all the fittings and 2 adaptors for your stock fuel lines.

Re: fuel rails

did you use pipe thread sealant on the threads when you screwed it into the rails...i've never had any problems with leaks.
