Ok so it shows up when you click it.. i swear it used to be opened already by default.

well hell nevermind.. now that i've opened it once after your reply Brian, its staying open for me in general. Guess I clicked that off at one point without realizing it.

It's on by default, but if you close the window it will remain that way until you either open it or log out.
