There is a binary editor on the TwEECer board that has been written by Barney, I believe. It allows you to add parameters if you know the locations. It is still a little crude but works.
I personally like the PCMX explorer the best. I can add delete modify anything I want. I only wish I knew what algorithm Mike G stored the DAT files in.
