tubular k-member?
Is it worth the hassle? I have a 99 gt vert that I'm doing the 4 valve conversion on Again lol. I will be running full length headers with an auto tranny. I know it will give me more room and I will be installing the eibach springs I have already so should I go ahead and order the k-member?

It's a great way to drop some weight off the frontend and to also gain clearance for headers...but keep in mind you might have to convert to coilovers (depending on the brand), which necessitates the conversion kit along with caster/camber plates.
My take is if you have money to burn or absolutely need the extra header clearance, go for it...otherwise, you really don't need it.

I don't have money to burn, but I would like the extra clearence. I have seen a few out there that don't require coilovers. I have looked at the QA1 does anyone have any expeience with those?

I've had a QA1 on my coupe for years...street driven for many thousand miles. It's not a bad unit, but there are better...
If you can swing it...get the setup from TeamZ. http://www.teamzmotorsports.net/fron...html#k_members TeamZ parts are excellent quality made right here in the USA! Tell him I sent you (Matt @ supernatural turbo).

You will get way more out of it if you do it all...K-member, a-arms, coilover and cc plates.

I haven't read about anything good for a qa1 for the mod motor cars. I'm extremely impressed with my racecraft k member. Team Z is also really good from what I have read

Some one else sent me to that same site, and the 4th down looks pretty good. If I mention your name too it won't cost me more will it?
