bbk coated header question?
I am needing to weld around the outside of these so i can grind the inside weld out to keep port size even. Has anyone welded on this type plated header before?thx Clyde

Just smooth them up with a die grinder. Make the welds flat and see if it will stay together. If you can see the line where the weld is missing then put a few small welds on the outside.
