Valve Spring Upgrade Kit for OEM Small Ford Heads
This kit allows you to install a high performance cam of up to .542" lift on any 289-351W with OEM cast iron cylinder heads. The kit includes 16 each of 1.47" diameter valve springs with dampers (110 lbs. of seat pressure at 1.800" installed height), chromemoly retainers, valve seals, valve locks, spring shims, a spring height gauge, and instructions.

TFS-2500100 Valve spring upgrade kit for OEM cast iron heads, each
For what its worth I am going to be running the TFS stage 1 cam.

Rockers: I will be using 1.6's. I thought about going with the scorpion 1.6's. it seems that some people on stangnet use them and they are happy with them, but I also thought about just using a simple set of crane 1.6's. Lastly do I need ped. mount or stud mount?
