A good bang for the buck would be either a "B" or "E" cam IMO.

Find out what's in it. F303 is not a bad camshaft. There are several other popular cams that work well with HCI 302's... Comp's XE274HR I think is one that rocks. The TFS stage 1 is not bad. I like the B303 with a 1.7 rocker better than an E303, bit that's not bad either.

Find out what you have first... there should be a part number on the end of it...some sort of numbers. We can decifer them and tell you what you have...go from there.

now the b cam is the smaller of the two cams right? i know the whole myth about the "bigger is better" deal but should i stay with this cam(if its really a fcam) would i make more power with a b or e nothing is wrong with my cam it just isnt as radical as alot of other cars with a f cam that i have heard. this is why i just cant seem to think that this motor has the f cam neither did the previous owner but hey i also have a holley 600, it did lope ALOT more with my bud 750dp on it..... now that i think about it it ran ALOT stronger too.... and it didnt run rich.....? hmmmm any thoughts guys?

Define "Bigger". The B doesn't have the lift the E and F have,BUT it has more duration than the E has. It also has a different LSA too.

When you do the heads are you going with a bigger valve package?
I would recommend doing this with a port clean up, work the bowl area some too and a nice 5 angle valve job.
From there you may want to consider a performer rpm, and a 650 dp, as it should pull hard through 6k+ rpm.
I had a package like this with a B cam and it was real good for the street, with a decent tire / suspension package I ran 12.5's (with a 4.10)
I never had it dyno'ed but I feel it was a little stronger than what I have now, and I currently have 292 hp / 312 tq at the wheel.
