locking header bolts - Page 2

You guys are all screwed up !!! Stage 8 makes some wonderful hardware, it's just a pain to install, so don't get confussed. There locking header bolts are as advertised, and will not loosen or come out. But it is also true that they are a pain to put in. I have installed them on several engine, both in and out of the car.

Nobody's claiming they dont do what they advertise. But they're NOT needed and cost too much and are too big of a PITA to put on/off IMO...

use just header bolts and red loctite and you're golden
