Even with the extra belt tensioner you were getting slippage??

I went from a 3.25 to a 2.50 pulley using the same belt, I would need a smaller belt or remove the 90mm idler pulley and install a 100mm when going to that small of a pulley.

Idealy, I should step up to a larger lower pulley (from a 6# to a 8#), but I am not worried about it....it is only gonna be supercharged for about 2-3 more months.....

Thanks, Scott.....yeah I kept changing stuff, then I never had time to get it on the rollers. I finally found a good stopping point ...for now
