pinion seal

I've got a 99 F150, how hard is it to replace the front pinion seal in the rearend? Is it something I can do under the truck pretty easily, or do I have to have a press? Anyone ever done it? Any help would be appreciated.

more than likely the whole rearend will have to come apart to get it out

No you will not need a press
