no, V6 and GT are the same ....
part number at autozone is:

driver side: C466
pass side: C467

Whit, if those are true Brembo Cobra R 4-pot calipers you should know that those cannot be rebuilt; when you have a caliper go bad you have to completely replace the set. Also, the Brembo is a fixed caliper that limits your selection of pads and rotors to a small cross-section of expensive ones. 99+ GT's = Two Piston PBR's with a Silver Finish
96-04 Cobra's = Two Piston PBR's with a Black Finish and Cobra machined on the Caliper Body
Bullitt Mustangs = Two Piston PBR's with a Red Finish and a Pony machined on the Caliper Body

All the PBR's will fit on either the 11" or 13" rotors, the only difference between the setups is the caliper bracket that bolts to the spindle.

I've got 95 cobra calipers if I use 95 gt brackets can I use them with 95 gt 10" rotors? I want to be able to run 16" wheels. With my 13" rotors I have to run 17" wheels.

Which 16" wheels? I think it will work, but you'll probably end up grinding the fins off of the Cobra caliper to make it fit. Here's a shot of the fins I speak of:



I think you might be safer with a set of 99+ PBR "GT/V6" Calipers, but the good thing about Ford brakes is they are easy to change. The worst that could happen is you loose 45 minutes of your time trying out the 95GT bracket and 95 Cobra caliper before putting it back to stock.
