5.0 Ranger Exhaust

I am about to put a 302 in a 88 ranger to race. I am wondering about the headers. Wat do i use? U can use shelby tri y's, Or the swap headers. I am jus wonderin which ones would be better. O and Cost is important. This has to be done on the Cheap

Advance Adapter Headers

Hooker Swap Headers or the

Patriot Tri Y

I would do them headers but they only got 1 1/2 primarys
