73 mach 1 mustang
Bought the first round of mods for the mach. The plan is to have decent power but keep it streetable. Nothing crazy.
Got a great deal on a cam + valvetrain goodies. The cam is 240/246; .584/.588; 110 lsa. Should have a healthy lope I have a spare set of flat top pistons, and block. If I can find a crank I can build up a spare shortblock. The engine in there now won't last much longer, it's using a boat load of oil. Al Gore would be ashamed. I think I'll take the engine out in 3-4 months and rebuild it. So far I swapped the 4.11s for 3.23s, MSD ignition, and installed autometer guages in the factor center pod. Well the wheels/tires & wildwood brakes on all 4 corners too. If I ever get around to installing a TKO I have a spare 4.11 chunk I can put back in.
