heres a 12 to 1 build 460 that has been proven mine is a 557 with 11.8 compression and yes i can up the octane quiet easy but am not going to disclose it at this time cause u wouldnt beleive me anyway and i have r&d"d chambered shape size and quench pad shape and design and cam design with polished chambers and stroke and rod length etc that will run on 100 octane u do the math.even if i come up a tad short i will shoot alittle spray.lol 100-octane. Horsepower peak at 6,500 rpm. Keep redline to 7200 rpm.

650-675HP 460ci

Intake System:

1150cfm Holley Dominator Carb professionally calibrated for your application
Edelbrock Victor Dominator Intake ported

Cylinder Heads:

TFS street heads with port job and Victor port match
Roller rockers.
Stud girdle.

Short Block:

Comp Cam custom spec solid roller cam or equivalent
Xtreme Energy Street Rollers on intake and CR Series Rollers on Exhaust
Lobe 4879 on intake and Lobe 4682 on exhaust
(Specs:310/311 adv., 272/280@.050, .698/.683 lift, 110 LSA)
Compression around 12.0:1
Stock crank
Scat H-beam rods with upgraded bolts
Block oiling mods
High volume oil pump
Deepened and fully baffled oil pan with windage tray

Exhaust:

1 7/8" headers to dual 3" pipes with H-pipe. Good flowing 3" Magnaflow mufflers or equivalent.

Summary:

100-octane. Horsepower peak at 6,700 rpm. Keep redline to 7200 rpm.

the more cubes the more street friendly it will be.thats eqautes to 1.4 hp per cubic inch and that is being a little conservative.and my hp will peak approximately 5 to 800 rpm lower so this will not be a high rpm engine.
