spark plug blew out of the cylinder head
once again i have another problem with my car. one night when i was driving home all of the sudden i herd a bang and the car started to run really ruff. the next morning i looked at the motor to only see a ignition coil laying on its side on top of the valve cover. but right now im in the process of tearing down the motor to take the head off to alabama cylinder head to have a helle coil put in. but is there anything that i should know about when i put the head back on the motor, also what do i do about the timing of the cam. any info is good lol.

If you can afford it, go ahead and have them fix all 4 spark plug holes in that head. It's just a matter of time before the others blow out.
The timing is pretty simple on those heads. You can probably do a quick search on one of the modular forums to get the procedure.

it happend to the cobra to. that's when i decided to build it lol. i dont know about the 2v heads but my cobra is a early run & has only 4 threads to hold the plugs in. i got lucky & didnt have to do anything but thread a new spark plug in. if it was me i'd just get some stage 3 patriot heads & stage 3 comp cams if you have some money to spend. now's the perfect time to do it.
