Its an slp kit. Doesn't sound to bad to rebuild, just sucks having to take the brake booster back out again

Thats exactly why when I finallyget off my ass and put one on our Mach1 its not going there....I am going to put it on the ABS block.

Yeah, thats where people who use the hurst kits put theirs. I thought it would be more easy to install the slp kit.

Well, took it off and cleaned the solenoid all out real good and also flushed out the lines. I then put it all back together and damn thing still doesn't work. I took it back apart again and found the small rubber tip on the plunger had somehow broken down and was not blocking the hole to maintain pressure. I called slp and its out of warranty and they want $80 for a new solenoid.
