Tranny fluid?

Anyone used a different kind of tranny fluid and felt a difference in shifting? I thought about changing mine while it was out and was wondering if it was worth the money for better fluid. Seems alot of people like the GM syncromesch. If you liked the change what brand did you use and how did it change the shifting?

I got GM Syncromesh but i havn't put it in yet. I bought it only cause Broke 7 said i should switch that it does help with the shifting.

I guess I will give that a try and see how it works. Don't believe I will use the FM like some people are adding
