Pretty sure that is Richards car, a lot of work went into it.

You can replace the odo gears, there is a guy that makes them (i think in Virgina).
DO a search on it, we have talked about it on here a few times.

I saw the pics that John had of it with the cowl hood and he said that the Flowmasters were just too loud for him...

Im just going by the list that John gave me of mods.

I'd love to get together with both of you so y'all can enlighten me on what I might not know about it.

I bought the car late 03 from MPS in Winder, Ga. During my ownership, I installed a heater core and carpet. I barely drove it. I bought it to build a turbo street/heavy strip car out of it. Lost interest and traded to Richard in 04 I think.

In 2009 ( I think), myself and another guy that used to post here built a 306 with all the stuff you have in your mod list for it. So unless John put another shortblock in it, we did all the engine work to it.

I really hope that its still the 306 you built and not some LRS crate engine. its painted Ford Blue and it has the Mustang Powered by Ford valve covers on it, the filler has an elbow welded on to it to clear the intake manifold though.

That sounds like the engine we did. the block that Richard bought (or that we bought for him) had been painted blue by the machinist.
Sounds like he changed the covers out.

I bought mine from odometergears.com in about 2004 (IIRC) have worked just fine since then.

Hey I worked on that car too, Richard, Tommy and I put the intake on the original engine (also about 2004 or so).
