Another newbie
New to the forum but a veteran forum member with others. 31 years old. Just got my second 5.0. '89 Gt. Not much done to it yet except for motorsport headers, off-road pipe and 2 1/2 flowmasters. the normal thing that most mustangs get. HAHA New paint (torreador red) w/ cobra svo hood and saleen wing.

Thanks alot for the welcomes, I am from Pittsburgh PA.
While searching the site, I did not see anything about doing the 5 lug swap. My wife is buying me the FR500 wheels. Going with the 10.5 rear and the 9's in the front. The only thing I really learned from searching salvage yards and hours with motorsport racing is the Lincoln mark 7 rear will fit but is alittle too wide. After figuring and measuring, I came up with about 5/8 wider than the stock 'stang rear. The disc is also a bonus. Just need a '94 GT master and an adjustable porportioning valve. Is there anything else that you people might know about for this swap? Thanks in advance. |
