Through-the-floor SFC install
Got started on it today and got the main connectors in. Haven't welded them completely, just enough to get me to work.
Not pretty, but hey, it works And nobody will ever see it. Tomorrow, we'll cut the channels for the front and rear frame to rocker panel connectors So now, 6 out of the 8 points on my cage will be tied directly to the frame and not some skimpy 4"x4" plate on sheetmetal... Also picked up some 2" channel stock that I will cut and fab up some seat mounting braces. Just on the short drive, the car is noticably stiffer:super: BIG BIG thanks to Ralph @ RS MUFFLER in Downey for letting me use his lift for like 6 hours today and for doing the welding tomorrow...:beerchug:
