may see what a set of draglites will look like on it in the am if weather holds and i dont leave out in the am.just kind of savoring this find for the moment.the gentleman even tossed in a 66 2 door falcon six banger that was in a barn out back but it has a bad tranny. i just went over all the engine parts everything is c3 exept rods and they are c2 which would have been a carry over from 62 castings. so all is good on keeping engine matched to the car even the generator.guess he just wanted this junk out of his way.lol the 260 is same engine as 289 just smaller bore.

Nice find(s). Not much on the look of 2dr post cars, but that's not too bad.

the first car i ever built a motor in was the same year and same motor. had fun with it. lol broke 2 rear ends and one tranny before the timing chain broke and the motor came apart. then we built a 302 and dropped in it shortly after brandon sold it

My Buddy in Albuquerque has a 63 Galaxie 2dr coupe. 352. Great cruiser. Love those FE motors. He wishes it was a fastback though.
