I found that picture on a Gen 1 Lightning forum....yes those heads are on a Gen 1 L

Here is the turbo that goes with the heads
PT98 beside the mounted T76

I think you're right. good eye. At first I thought it might be some yates-heads...but look at the lifter valley. Not Windsor.
