Does anyone have a good base line I can plug in for a 1996 Cobra

It has a cold iair power pipe
x pipe with no cats or 02 sensors
catback exahst
basicly stock

need to know about how much adance and how much i can lean out to develop the most bang

I removed them in the EEC they are still on the x pipe

By removing the O2's you have effectively eliminated one of the main items that the Ford EEC needs for feedback, unless it is the rear O2's on a later model EEC-V. Removing the O2's or disabling them in the software is not what I would would personally recommend on anything other than a 1/4 mile race car, and even then I would be hard pressed to do it.

The only bang you'll hearing from trying to tune without 02 sensors is your engine committing suicide.

Yes, please define which "O2's" you removed because their are 4. If you only removed the rear 2 you are ok, but if you removed all 4 you might want to reconsider!
