E-brake boot

I've notice some splits in the boot on my E-brake handle. I'm gonna get Ford to replace it(probably will do the same thing), but does anyone know of something aftermarket that will last longer?

Re: E-brake boot

I had to have my e-brake boot replaced under warranty (that's right, before 12,000 miles). The stitching came apart. I've heard of this happening on an '03 GT, too. Mine hasn't had any problems since (28,300 on the clock now), but if it does I will probably try to find a leather shop to make me another one.
